I love this baking sheet!
We often bake salmon with a balsamic glaze that always stuck to our old sheets. We had been using heavy duty aluminum foil and just throwing it away rather than try to clean the pan. Now the skin lifts right up and the baked on glaze comes off easily with just water! (I then wash with dish soap and a soft sponge to make sure it is clean, but there is no residue to wash off.) No matter what we are baking, it is great to not hear the pan pop in the oven and wonder how uneven what we are cook in will turn out. This is one example of paying for quality that is well worth the investment.
