Ghetto Gastro’s Pancake & Waffle Mix

Ghetto Gastro is a Bronx-born, Black-owned culinary collective that works to amplify the artistry of the global South. Their pancake and waffle mix, Wavy, is made with cassava from South America, amaranth from Mexico, and sorghum, millet, and nuts from Africa. This four-pack includes their Ancestral Roots, Red Velvet, Chocolate, and Toasted Matcha flavors, and pays homage to an emblem of Black pride, the Pan-African flag.
