Shipping Policy

We aim to process orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll immediately receive an order confirmation email, and then another email from Great Jones once your order has shipped. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll do our best to reach out to you to let you know.

UPS is our primary shipping carrier. Please note that Great Jones is not responsible for delays incurred by UPS. We support their hardworking team of drivers. That said, we understand the frustrations caused by shipping delays, so please reach out to us at hi@greatjonesgoods.com, and we’ll work to help resolve the issue.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally or to Puerto Rico at this time. We are not responsible for damages and fees incurred by freight forwarders or third-party international shipping companies.

How do I check the status of my order?

Track your order here!

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hi@greatjonesgoods.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at the moment. Please reach out to us at hi@greatjonesgoods.com with any questions or concerns.

Pre-Orders

In the event a product is available for pre-order, we will list the estimated ship date on the product's page and during checkout. Pre-order information is also listed in the order confirmation email after purchase. Please note that we collect payment for pre-orders when you check out to reserve your spot in line. For updates on your pre-order, please reference the pre-order update page or reach out to us at hi@greatjonesgoods.com.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We have a 60-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy. Submit a request here

We want you to be happy with your decision, so if after sautéing and braising and baking you feel that Great Jones isn’t for you, we’ll get you set up with a prepaid return label. You will be refunded the full order amount minus the original shipping costs, if applicable.

The 60-day return or exchange window begins upon delivery of the item. All refunds will be credited back to your initial form of payment. Please note that engraved pieces cannot be exchanged or returned.

Damaged Products

Unfortunately, accidents can happen during transit, but we're here to help.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, we will offer a replacement or refund for the item. Please email us directly at hi@greatjonesgoods.com within 72 hours of the delivery date.

Lost or Stolen Shipments

Often times, the carrier will mark a shipment as delivered a few hours before the actual delivery. If 48 hours have passed and the shipment still isn't found, please submit a claim with the carrier and notify us at hi@greatjonesgoods.com.

Missing Products

If your shipment is missing a product, please reach out to us at hi@greatjonesgoods.com within 72 hours of the delivery date for a replacement.

Discount Policies

Holiday Discount Policy

We typically have two sales per year — one around Memorial Day and one around Black Friday/Cyber Monday. Discounts vary slightly by product, but all eligible products are discounted between 20 to 25%. The discount is automatically applied, and we do not “double discount” — this means that bundled items (Family Style, Precious Metals, Fully Baked, The Fry Family, and The Cast-Iron Family) will be discounted from their full value, not the usual discounted bundle price. Our holiday offer cannot be combined with any other offers, and also excludes our limited-edition Great Fellow, gift cards, and engraving.

Holiday Return Policy

We encourage everyone to get a jump start on their holiday gifting! To make it easier on you, we extend our 30-day return policy for orders placed between November 1 and December 9. Gift recipients have until January 10 of the following year to make returns or exchanges. Please refer your gift recipient to our returns portal or to our CX team at hi@greatjonesgoods.com if there are any return or exchange related concerns.

Pantry Pals

Shipping Policy

All pantry items are fulfilled by and ship directly from their respective vendors. There is no additional shipping fee for pantry items. However, pantry items do not contribute to Great Jones's $100 free shipping minimum. 

Please contact the vendors directly with any questions or concerns regarding your order.

Return Policy

For all pantry items, please refer to the vendors's sites for information regarding their return policies. 

Discount Policy

Great Jones discount codes cannot be applied to any pantry items.
