Hot Dish
Yes, the term “casserole dish” evokes the 1950s, but it remains one of the most relevant and versatile kitchen tools. Our 9-by-13-inch ceramic (specifically, stoneware) Hot Dish can handle lasagna, brownies, bread pudding, or a small roast, and go straight from oven to table.
Hot Dish is outfitted with our signature oversize Dutchess handles, which are easy to grab with an oven mitt. We selected stoneware because it can withstand oven heat up to 450 degrees F, and it conducts heat slowly, giving a gentle, even bake. We recommend eating directly out of the pan while the juice of your fruit cobbler is still bubbling hot.
