Don't ask me how, but I managed to destroy the blue sheet pan I'd ordered, so I promptly another one, this one in yellow with a blue chill insert. It's a heavy-duty (and heavy) pan that doesn't warp or flex much, if at all. Great pan.
Best baking sheets I’ve tried. One has held up for several years now and is dishwasher friendly. The pepper black color is really nice and classy.

Customer Service at Great Jones is excellent. When the pan arrived, it had a warp. They immediately sent a replacement, and I received it within 2 days.
