Oh M Gee these are the cutest little pans ever. Deep saturated colors and slicker than owl poop as my gran would say. I have made crispy toast, perfectly roasted potatoes, and when we made pizza and the mozzarella dripped over the edge it just peeled right off. My old stainless steel sheet trays....that cheese would have taken a long soak and elbow grease to remove. These are my new favs and I use them everyday. Thanks Great Jones!!
