I finally had to replace my sheet pans that I have had for decades. This one arrived quickly. It is a beautiful color. I have only used it a couple of times at lower temperatures, but so far, no warping. It cleans up easily. Definitely recommend!
I had been nursing old sheet pans that were wobbly and stained and decided to treat ourselves to two full-sized green Holy Sheets and it is one of the best kitchen decisions I have made. I got them in Broccoli and couldn't be happier. They are strong, heat evenly and look fabulous, what's not to love? (I did buy them during one of Great Jones' Great Sales.) Treat yourself!
