Stir Crazy Small Bowl

Got this for my sister for her birthday and she adores it. Her name starts with a G so she also loved the Great Jones logo in the middle.

This size is great for smaller portions. I find myself using it for everything!

First of all - the customer service - If I could give 10 stars I would. I had multiple issues with my order - from it not registering the first tracking number, to part of my order not arriving to one of the bowls apparently being cracked in transit. This resulted in me having to contact customer service multiple times. When my order arrived incomplete, I prepared to show the box it came in, and all packaging including the size of the box to prove there was no way it could have all arrived. I spent all of that time documenting for NOTHING. The customer service team immediately (like within an hour) had my replacement order placed and my products on the way. Same thing when my green Stir Crazy bowl shattered upon setting it down on the sink the first time out of the packaging. I had photos etc and they simply said it must have been rattled in transit and another was on its way. Now i'm in NO WAY trying to encourage people to be dishonest, but this level of customer service is UNMATCHED.

Secondly. Regarding the Stir Crazy Bowls - i've already used the two that weren't broken and they've been in and out of the dishwasher with no issue. I've been careful to not use metal tools. I will say they are heavy - so if you have quartz or stone counters etc - just be careful. Hold onto them tight! Well done, Great Jones - customer for life!

Everything we wanted from our baking dish - delightful to look at and bakes and cleans perfectly and easily.

Love the feel and weight of both pieces. The handles are very handy to have for carrying the 9x13. Colors are bright and cheerful. Nice addition to my kitchen essentials.
