Dishwasher-friendly, though we recommend hand washing.
Always add a bit of high-smoke point oil or butter to the cool pan and let them heat up together before adding food. Cook over low to medium heat (avoid high heat!). The ceramic coating heats up fast and retains heat evenly. You’ll still get crispy edges with low heat.
Avoid using metal utensils to prevent chips and scratches.
I purchased 2 in December of 2020. They have worked great. I love that the handles are welded and there is not bolt on the inside of the pan. But they are no longer non-stick after 3+ years. They were always hand washed, but I often had to warn my husband to turn down the heat.
