Dishwasher-friendly, though we recommend hand washing.
Always add a bit of high-smoke point oil or butter to the cool pan and let them heat up together before adding food. Cook over low to medium heat (avoid high heat!). The ceramic coating heats up fast and retains heat evenly. You’ll still get crispy edges with low heat.
Avoid using metal utensils to prevent chips and scratches.
I have been eyeing the small (and large) fry for YEARS. But I had a bunch of stainless steel pans that I finally got the hang of using so I didn't want to make the purchase. Then I had one too many eggs stick to the pan for me finally do it (also there was a great sale happening). I've had this pan for 2 weeks and I haven't even looked at my stainless steel pans.
If you're considering making the jump.... DO IT. The lack of fastener on the inside of the pan is a dream and it so easily washes up. Add a lil butter or a lil oil and nothing will stick. I made pancakes and actually thought "are these pans too nonstick??" since that pancake was just sliding around. These pans are my new identity.

I also purchased the lid. On low heat, I can cook scrambled eggs without any butter or oil in the pan. The lid gives the eggs a steamed quality. The eggs do not stick at all, just amazing!
