Dishwasher-friendly, though we recommend hand washing.
Always add a bit of high-smoke point oil or butter to the cool pan and let them heat up together before adding food. Cook over low to medium heat (avoid high heat!). The ceramic coating heats up fast and retains heat evenly. You’ll still get crispy edges with low heat.
Avoid using metal utensils to prevent chips and scratches.
I also purchased the lid. On low heat, I can cook scrambled eggs without any butter or oil in the pan. The lid gives the eggs a steamed quality. The eggs do not stick at all, just amazing!
True oil free cooking, easy clean up, if you want three scrambled eggs you get three whole eggs, you don’t lose half an egg stuck to the pan, I’m very impressed with this pan, the rest of your cookware is a little funky for this old lady. But you do have a great product, I’ve spent the last seventy four years in my kitchens so I know a great pot or pan when I use one. Thank you
