Refund policy

We have a 60-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy. We want you to be happy with your decision, so you’re welcome to spend that time sautéing and braising and baking. If you decide that Great Jones isn’t for you, we’ll issue a refund or exchange. You can submit a request through our online returns channel or email us at [email protected] to get started. We’ll get you set up with a pre-paid return label. All refunds will be credited back to your initial form of payment.
