We combined the best elements of a deep sauté pan and a skillet in one versatile 10-inch design. Deep Cut is deep enough that liquid won’t splash out when you’re braising, but the sides are sloped — not straight — so you can toss onions in the air with confidence.
These pots and pans cook up so evenly and clean up so nicely. Love the easily readable measurements inside!
Only issue would be that Saucy has the pouring spout convenient for right handed people. As a avid baker and cook, who happens to be left handed, you get used to using all kitchen equipment being designed for right handed people.
Beautiful and useful
Little Saucy is the perfect addition to our family’s Great Jones collection. We’ve used her at least 10 times in the last two weeks. She’s the friend we never knew we needed.
My sweet husband surprised me with the Precious Metals set, and I had just purchased the Saucy base for myself to try it out. It looks amazing on the blueberry Pegboard set, and I've already used both the Saucy and the Deep Cut, and just loved them. I look around my kitchen, and realize I am slowly beginning to look rather like a Great Jones show room! (Dutch Baby, Stir Crazy, Sweetie Pie, Hot Dish, Little Hottie, Bread Winner, Patty Cake, Square One, Holy Sheet, Little Sheet, BIg Chill, Little Chill...well, you get the picture.) Hurray for Great Jones!
