We combined the best elements of a deep sauté pan and a skillet in one versatile 10-inch design. Deep Cut is deep enough that liquid won’t splash out when you’re braising, but the sides are sloped — not straight — so you can toss onions in the air with confidence.

I've been using nonstick pans my entire life. I'm in my 30s now and finally decided to try steel and see if I could figure it out. There IS a bit of a learning curve, but I watched two videos on it that were super helpful and I've already had great luck with these pans!
Besides that, they're beautiful, perfectly heavy (but well-balanced!), and I just love the two-toned metal look of them.
I also do love the ceramic non-stick that came with it just so I can cook my eggs and eggwhites the way I like without using the stainless.
I like this pot and have used it already a couple of times. I had thought it was white from the photo but am happy with the stainless finish. Comes to a boil quickly. Looks great. Very nice.
I bought the deep cut in May 2022, and I never write reviews but I thought I'd scorched this pan and it cleaned up like nothing had happened. I'd made sauce and thought the burner was off - it wasn't and even though I caught it before any black smoke started, all the liquid had evaporated and the bottom was absolutely black, crusted. I wasn't optimistic but let it soak overnight with just soap and water, and the burned matter lifted right off. The pan is fine. You'd never know. I wish I'd taken photos, honestly.
