As a steadfast Great Jonesian, I expected the loaf pan to be at least as good a kitchen addition as my spatula, Sheets, and Big Chills and Spoiler Alert! it is. It's the perfect heft and size and begs to be part of the loaf's presentation.
Oh, have you given any more thought about a cheese grater with maybe a small for the grated cheese? Less expensive than Alessi but cool enough to be brought to the table? It could be a Grate Jones.
The beautiful cake pans are substantial. The straight sides give the cakes I have made for family gatherings an elegant look when frosted, and the baked cakes release from the pans easily.
