I now have 4 Little Sheet pans, in various colors. We use these every day, for baking chicken, meat, or fish, as well as potatoes and vegetables. They clean up easily and are so heavy duty there is no warping evident even on my older pans. I love them and can’t say enough good things about them!
I recently added a Square one to my collection of GreatJones pans. These are the best. I’ve only used this Square One once yet, I used it to bake some potatoes. The quality is fabulous, and they clean up really well.
