Dutch Baby is our round, 3.5-quart cast-iron Dutch oven that nests neatly inside The Dutchess. We've customized it for smaller batches and kitchens — perfect if you frequently cook for one or two people.

This pot is versatile as it can be used as exercise equipment or weapon when not cooking up delicious meals in the kitchen. I have not cooked in it yet probably because I'm being protective of it's beautiful finish. I am truly in awe of the finish and the color. I have to refrain from buying pots I don't need just cause they're pretty. I do wish there was a baby to the baby. I'm in search of a tiny saucepan and would love to add to the dutchess and the the dutch baby I have.
