To maintain the nonstick seasoning, occasionally season your skillet: dry your skillet thoroughly, rub vegetable oil or fat over the interior surface, and place it in an oven at low heat for the oil to seep in.
This color is beautiful. The pot is heavier than I expected. It is a large size for making big batches of soup, sauce, or whatever comes to mind. I can't wait to try it. I have no doubt it will cook evenly and the food will be delicious. I have the baking sheet pans and they are amazing.
